About us

History

DE has specialised in the care and support of children and young people with significant intellectual and physical disabilities for over 30 years, with its main focus having been the management of Greystanes Children's Home.

Governance

DEL is governed by our Board of Directors, Chaired by Mr Noel Hiffernan.  The Board provides guidance, direction and expertise to Disability Enterprises' Management Team, lead by our General Manager, Mr John Le Breton.

Disability Enterprises recognises that every person has the right to privacy and confidentiality in each aspect of their life. DE provides a quality service promoting positive outcomes in the least intrusive manner; all staff must adhere to the Code of Conduct.

Making a Complaint

As a client, family member, staff member, service provider or a member of our community, DE supports your right to make a complaint about our service.

Disability Enterprises recognises that an open and transparent complaints policy is necessary in order that clients, staff, family and advocates have effective procedures and channels to express concerns and complaints as easily as possible. Further, the expression of concerns and complaints provides an additional opportunity for DE to learn, adapt and improve service delivery.
